We are accepting applications for the 2009-2010 school year at all properties.
All prices are quoted on a 12 month lease terms but a shorter lease can be done at a higher rental rate. All lease terms have to fully authorized by the property owner.
Security Deposit is $350.00 ($500.00 deposit on a two bedroom) and application is $35 per person and $35 for the guarantor. We use the Texas Apartment Association application. Applicants are required to fill out their lease agreement upon approval to hold the apartment. We do not allow dogs over 20 pounds at our properties. There is a $350 pet deposit, half of which is refundable.
We are able furnish units at our properties for a fee of $50 per month and based on availability. Pictures of the furniture are shown in the pictures of the properties.
